Monday

Gloucester House, Off Scalford Road, Melton Mowbray.


7.00 pm The Bollywood Dance workout!  Gloucester House
 Inspired by the Indian film tradition of infectiously expressive music and dance comes a sexy, saucy, calorie-burning, full body workout. Judith will lead you with traditional moves that will tone you head to toe while unleashing waves of energy. The movments are simple - no exercise or dance experience required - but the results are big! You will get a cardio, sculpting and stretching workout whilst having fun.  Just let yourself go and move to the Bollywoood beat! No partner required..

 8.15 pm Pilates.  If your looking to lose weight, burn some extra caloires and get a gentle easy to follow workout then Pilates is for you! Pilates is known for its fabulous toning benefits. At this class you can work at your own level and the programme is fluid, comfortable and effective. You can get that long lean toned physique whist burning calories. Pilates activates your deepest muscles for a strong core and sleek mid section and lengthens your muscles and improves your posture.






 

Tuesday

Barnsdale Hall Hotel, Oakham


7.00 pm The Bollywood Dance workout
 Due to huge demand, a chance to experience the Bollywood Dance workout in Oakham!

8 pm  Pilates
Such a popular class and back due to constant demand! This Pilates class offers toning, flexibilility and relaxation work.  Your muscles will become more lengthened and toned, giving you a leaner body shape. Suitable for the beginner and advanced class member, this session will get you the results you are looking for. Non - members welcome to Barnsdale.

 

Wednesday

7 pm Sensational 70's Disco Workout  Gloucester House 
Get down on it! Easy to follow aerobic workout designed to make you sweat and smile! Dance to your favourite 70's tunes and boogie yourself fit! Lashings of fun. No partner required.

8.15 pm Beginners Pilates.  An easier class to Monday evening for those who wish to start. Pilates.  Beginners Pilates is specifically designed to firm your stomach, buttocks and thighs and improve your posture and shape.
